10. Digital Products and Customer Information

Some Templova Digital products are designed to help small businesses manage operational workflows, appointments, customers, or other business information.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, purchasing a Templova Digital template or system does not mean that Templova Digital receives access to the information entered by the customer into their own copy of the product.

For example, if a customer purchases a Google Sheets-based template and creates their own copy within their Google account, information entered into that customer's copy is generally controlled by the customer and their chosen services.

Customers are responsible for configuring, securing, sharing, and using their own systems appropriately.

11. Healthcare and Sensitive Information

Some of our products are designed for appointment-management workflows used by businesses such as medical, dental, or veterinary practices.

Our products are intended to support administrative workflows and are not automatically certified or represented as an electronic health record (EHR), electronic medical record (EMR), medical billing system, or healthcare compliance solution.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their business and for complying with all applicable privacy, healthcare, data-protection, recordkeeping, and security requirements.

Customers should not enter information into a Templova Digital product unless they have determined that doing so is appropriate and have configured their systems and third-party services appropriately.

Templova Digital does not provide legal, medical, privacy, or regulatory compliance advice.

12. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing services, maintaining transaction records, resolving disputes, complying with legal obligations, and enforcing agreements.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason it was collected.

13. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information under our control from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no method of transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Customers are also responsible for protecting their own accounts, passwords, files, spreadsheets, devices, and third-party services.

14. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, products, or services.

These third parties operate independently from Templova Digital and may have their own privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of third-party websites.

We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party service before providing personal information.

Where required by applicable law, we will take appropriate measures regarding international transfers of personal information.

17. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and general audiences and are not directed toward children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children where prohibited by applicable law.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.

18. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technology, or legal requirements.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

We encourage you to review this page periodically.

19. Siglivo Mobile App Privacy

Siglivo is a fitness, nutrition, workout and progress-tracking Android application provided by Templova Digital.

Information Processed by Siglivo

Depending on how the user uses the app, Siglivo may process information entered or imported by the user, including:

  • Age, sex, height, weight and fitness goals
  • Sleep, activity level and injury information
  • Food, calorie, nutrient and meal records
  • Workout, conditioning and recovery records
  • Body measurements and progress check-ins
  • Fitness information contained in user-selected GPX or TCX files
  • Backup files, spreadsheet files and food-database files selected by the user

Local Storage and Data Collection

Siglivo does not require a user account or login.

Information entered or imported into Siglivo is stored locally on the user’s device. Templova Digital does not receive, collect or store this information on its servers.

Siglivo does not currently contain third-party advertising, advertising trackers or analytics SDKs. The app does not automatically upload fitness, nutrition, body-measurement, workout or location information to Templova Digital or third parties.

GPX and TCX files may contain route or location information. Siglivo processes files selected by the user locally on the device and does not automatically transmit their contents.

User-Initiated Imports and Exports

Siglivo allows users to create or import backup files, spreadsheets, food databases and activity files.

These actions occur only when initiated by the user. Exported files are saved to a location selected by the user. Users are responsible for protecting, storing and sharing their exported files appropriately.

Siglivo may provide a link that opens Google Sheets or another external service. Siglivo does not automatically upload exported information to those services. Any information a user later uploads or shares through an external service is subject to that service’s privacy policy and the user’s chosen settings.

Data Sharing

Templova Digital does not sell or share information stored inside Siglivo.

Information may leave the device only when the user deliberately exports, uploads, shares or backs up a file using Siglivo or another application on the device.

Data Retention and Deletion

Information remains on the device until the user deletes individual records, uses Siglivo’s reset or deletion functions, clears the app’s storage, or uninstalls the application.

Because Siglivo does not require an online account and Templova Digital does not maintain a server-side copy of the user’s app data, Templova Digital cannot remotely retrieve or delete information stored only on the user’s device.

Users should securely delete any exported backup, spreadsheet, GPX or TCX files separately from the locations where they saved or shared them.

Security

Siglivo uses the storage and security protections available on the user’s Android device. Users are responsible for securing their device, exported files, backups and any third-party accounts or services they use.

No storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should avoid sharing sensitive exports and should maintain appropriate device access controls.

Health and Fitness Disclaimer

Siglivo is intended for general fitness, nutrition, workout and personal-progress tracking. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency services.

Calculations, recommendations and nutritional values are estimates and may not be appropriate for every person. Users should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions involving a medical condition, injury, medication, pregnancy, eating disorder or other health concern.

Children’s Privacy

Siglivo is intended for adults and is not directed toward children under 18. Templova Digital does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
